We are located on 11195 S Jog Rd Ste 2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Organize and schedule appointments as needed Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Ability to work as a team member Management of multiple tasks simultaneously Motivation to succeed Empathetic personality giving attention to patient's needs and concerns Strong organization with attention to detail Working knowledge of Excel Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills One year minimum experience or training in medical practice Preferably Bilingual We are looking forward to receiving your application.
