Job Summary Orlando Resorts Spine and Body is seeking an energetic, dependable, and highly organized Rehab Technician / Patient Flow Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and creating an exceptional patient experience. As the Rehab Tech / Patient Flow Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient flow, assisting with therapies, supporting clinical providers, and ensuring patients receive efficient, high-quality care. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. Duties Coordinate and manage patient flow throughout the treatment and rehabilitation areas Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Prepare and position patients for treatments and therapies as directed by providers Assist with SoftWave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, spinal decompression, rehabilitation programs, and other treatment modalities within training and scope Monitor treatment schedules and maintain efficient patient movement throughout the clinic Communicate effectively with doctors, providers, and front-office staff regarding patient status and flow Ensure treatment plans and provider instructions are followed accurately Prepare treatment areas before patient appointments Clean, sanitize, and reset equipment between patient visits Answer basic patient questions and provide guidance throughout appointments Identify patients who require provider assistance or additional attention Help minimize delays and maintain an efficient workflow Maintain accurate documentation as required Foster a positive, encouraging, and professional environment for patients and teammates Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Physical Therapy Technician Rehabilitation Technician Chiropractic Assistant Medical Assistant Athletic Trainer Exercise Specialist Personal Trainer Kinesiology or Exercise Science Background Healthcare, Wellness, or Fitness Environments We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping patients.
