CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant to lead operations and patient care in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this dual clinical and leadership role, you'll provide evidence-based PTA treatment while overseeing daily workflows, staffing, and schedules. You'll mentor clinicians and support staff, monitor documentation and quality metrics, and champion a patient-first culture focused on outcomes and service. Collaborate with referring providers, support clinic growth, and access robust continuing education, mentorship, and career development in a supportive, team-driven environment.
