Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet every patient with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Manage check-ins, check-outs, phones, texts, and emails Own the daily clinic schedule and help maximize provider availability Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby Sales & Patient Engagement Educate patients on services, packages, memberships, and retail products Confidently recommend next steps and support treatment conversion Request Google reviews and referrals at the appropriate moments Support the clinic's monthly sales and performance goals Administrative & Clinic Support Process payments and reconcile POS transactions Support EMR documentation and data entry Track inventory and assist with ordering supplies Flip rooms and assist with light clinic flow needs as required Schedule & Availability Part-time opportunity Clinic hours:
