Compensation is designed to reward both performance and leadership. Our doctors continue to build confidence and expand their skill sets in advanced procedures performed in-house, including: Full-arch workflows / All-on-X Molar endodontics Wisdom tooth extractions If you already have strength in these areas, great. If you are motivated to grow into them, we will support you with mentorship, systems, and repetition. What You'll Do As the Lead Dentist / Managing Dentist, you will serve as the clinical anchor of the office. You will provide comprehensive patient care while helping lead the team and maintain a strong clinical and operational standard.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-first approach Leading and mentoring associate doctors, hygienists, and assistants Setting the clinical tone through sound diagnosis, strong treatment planning, and trust-based case acceptance Helping build and reinforce systems that make the office run efficiently Partnering with leadership on growth strategy, scheduling efficiency, and team development Maintaining high standards in clinical care, documentation, compliance, and patient experience Who You Are This is not the right fit for someone looking for a low-accountability or low-engagement role. We want a dentist who either knows how to lead or is hungry enough to become one.
You are:
A strong clinician with sound ethics and confident diagnosis A steady presence who raises the level of the team around you Positive, coachable, accountable, and growth-minded Interested in building something bigger than yourself Committed to doing dentistry the right way, not the easy way Requirements DDS or DMD Active dental license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one Ability to lead a team and run the clinical day with consistency Full-time commitment Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience, or equivalent clinical confidence and productivity Prior leadership or mentoring experience, formal or informal Comfort with comprehensive care, including bread-and-butter dentistry and larger cases
