What You'll Do As the Lead Dentist / Managing Dentist, you will serve as the clinical anchor of the office. You will provide comprehensive patient care while helping lead the team and maintain a strong clinical and operational standard.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-first approach Leading and mentoring associate doctors, hygienists, and assistants Setting the clinical tone through sound diagnosis, strong treatment planning, and trust-based case acceptance Helping build and reinforce systems that make the office run efficiently Partnering with leadership on growth strategy, scheduling efficiency, and team development Maintaining high standards in clinical care, documentation, compliance, and patient experience Who You Are This is not the right fit for someone looking for a low-accountability or low-engagement role.
