$15/hour + Commission About the Role The Joint Chiropractic is looking for an Patient Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help reconnect patients who have fallen out of their recommended chiropractic care. This is a patient-focused, results-driven role . You will work with patients across our Texas, Oklahoma, and South Florida clinics, helping them understand their options and find a way to return to the care their chiropractor has prescribed. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, overcoming objections, and helping patients take the next step, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Work the ARB Leaky Bucket daily to identify patients who need to be reactivated Contact patients primarily by phone, with SMS and email follow-up as needed Have genuine conversations with patients about why they stopped coming and what may help them return Reconnect patients with the care recommended by their DC Educate patients on the flexibility and affordability of the Align Program when appropriate Address common concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism Prioritize urgent ARB opportunities and consistently exhaust contact efforts Accurately document all contact attempts, conversations, and outcomes in the ARB tracker Follow established scripts, processes, and follow-up expectations Work closely with District Managers and clinic teams to support patient retention and Active Member growth Help create a positive patient experience during every interaction What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable making calls and having real conversations with patients Confident asking questions and overcoming objections Persuasive without being pushy Patient, personable, and genuinely helpful Motivated by goals, results, and commission Organized and consistent with follow-up Comfortable working independently and managing a daily workload Able to follow established processes while still connecting naturally with patients Comfortable working with patients across multiple clinic locations Experience That Could Be a Great Fit Experience in any of the following is a plus: Patient retention or reactivation Membership sales or customer retention Healthcare, chiropractic, dental, or wellness Fitness or membership-based businesses Inside sales or call center Customer service Appointment scheduling or follow-up You do not need chiropractic experience. We will train the right person on our systems, processes, and patient communication approach.
