Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Associate Administrator for a leading healthcare client. This individual will partner closely with the Center Administrator to support the overall operations of a clinical facility, including financial oversight, staffing, patient care coordination, compliance, and teammate management. The Associate Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-quality patient and teammate experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Day-to-Day:
  • Support the Center Administrator with daily clinic operations
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing to support patient access
  • Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Support patient care operations and emergency preparedness

  • 1+ year of healthcare industry experience
  • Strong administrative and operational support experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
  • Ability to manage schedules, staffing needs, and timecards
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (healthcare-related preferred)
  • Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, Medicare, or other regulatory bodies
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
