Submit your application for the opportunity below: Nonlicensed Clinic Supervisor Job Summary and Qualifications Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays Seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) f or our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably within Primary Care, with a strong understanding of front office operations and team leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience managing or supporting the day-to-day operations of a medical office Proficient in patient scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and medical records processing Working knowledge of coding, charge entry, and insurance billing/payment processes Strong customer service and patient relations skills Ability to oversee and manage front office workflows and administrative functions Experience training and onboarding staff Excellent communication and organizational skills What you will do in this role: Helps establish /implement goals, objectives , policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans. Trains/ orients and supervises departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations. May assist with selection /hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary action. Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, which may include billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing , and space planning. Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget. Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies. Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. Participates in professional development activities to keep current health care trends and practices. Maintains the strictest confidentiality and privacy. Performs related work as required . Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement ".

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required . Previous supervisory experience i n a clinical setting is preferred.
