This position starts part - time with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the practice continues to expand. We're looking for someone who takes pride in organization, enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and wants to contribute to building something meaningful.
What You'll Do :
Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar. Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries professionally. Collect payments and assist with basic financial transactions. Send appointment reminders and follow up with inactive patients. Assist with new patient onboarding and intake paperwork. Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, imaging centers, medical offices, and referral sources when needed. Help organize marketing initiatives, social media, community outreach, and special projects. Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks that keep the practice running efficiently. Identify problems proactively and help implement solutions.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. A self-starter who works well with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems. Interested in growing with a small business. Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, personal injury, medical scheduling, insurance verification, or legal coordination is highly valued but not required for the right candidate. Compensation & Schedule Part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours per week initially). Competitive hourly pay based on experience. 90-day introductory period.
