Join our Jacksonville team as a Practice Director and lead the growth and success of a specialized practice supporting Finance & Accounting and Administrative & Customer Support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, developing business, and coaching others. This individual will be responsible for driving practice growth, developing and mentoring Talent Managers, expanding client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the local market. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on business development and will be committed to achieving and exceeding performance goals. Responsibilities Lead the overall growth, performance, and profitability of the assigned practice Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, productivity, and business development goals Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Talent Managers to maximize individual and team performance Build and expand relationships with new and existing clients to identify staffing needs and business opportunities Lead business development efforts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective staffing solutions Monitor team performance, activity, and results while providing ongoing coaching and accountability Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the practice and increase market share Collaborate with other leaders and teams to maximize business opportunities and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences Represent Robert Half in the local business community through networking and relationship-building activities Lead by example through active participation in business development, recruiting, and client relationship management Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Previous leadership or people-management experience Proven ability to develop business and build strong client relationships Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and performance goals
