Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Position Overview Clinic Manager — Ellie Mental Health The Clinic Manager is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director with performance and operations of the clinic and staff. The Clinic Manager supports the Clinic Director in managing staff performance, hires and recruits clinical staff to meet staffing expectation and clinical revenue needs, supports in training and ongoing developmental support, helps in the development and sustaining of relationships with referral partners, and provides ongoing administrative and clinical oversight in the absence of the Clinic Director. The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with their Clinic Director. Required Skills/Abilities Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline. Qualified Manager in the State of Florida (Preferred) Independently licensed with a Florida-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment. Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams. Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems. Reporting & Supervision Clinic Manager reports to Clinic Director All clinic therapists report to Clinic Director. Tasks & Responsibilities Hiring, Training, and Staff Management Supports in the hiring process for all therapists at their clinic. Provides training for clinic new hires, ensuring all required Ellie Mental Health clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed. Assess ongoing development and training needs and conduct ongoing training as needed. Hold staff compassionately accountable to meeting performance expectations. Supports in the management of basic clinic Human Resource tasks Clinic Oversight Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of the clinic. Collaborate with Clinic Director (as needed) to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency. Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies in the absence, and/or from the direction of, the Clinic Director. Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders. Clinic Outreach, Marketing, and Networking Support in community outreach and engagement efforts. Collaborate with community partners to increase referral input for clinic outcomes. Collaborate with Clinic Director and Clinic Staff to plan and execute outreach efforts and events. Organizational Leadership Collaborate with Clinic Director to implement all required clinic policies and procedures Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness, and implement changes in collaboration with Clinic Director Clinic Services Provide clinical mental health therapeutic services Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
