We are seeking an Associate Practice Administrator to support the strategic and day-to-day operations of one or more physician practices while helping deliver exceptional patient care and team performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with providers, staff, and operational leaders to optimize workflows, manage financial performance, support staff development, and enhance the overall patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization. How will you make an impact & Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations and support efficient practice performance. Monitor operational and financial metrics to drive organizational success. Manage practice budgets and review financial reports for accuracy and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction. Recruit, train, develop, and support administrative staff. Partner with providers and operational leaders to address practice needs and achieve organizational goals. Assist with provider onboarding and support recruitment initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. Facilitate communication across departments to improve operational effectiveness. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician practice management. Experience leading teams in a healthcare or operational setting. Knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, human resources, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment. Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting. 1+ years of experience leading clinical and operational teams. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, Excel, and healthcare data analysis. Proven success managing multiple priorities, teams, or practice locations.
