Job Description
Company Overview Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral and ABA therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Summary As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective ABA therapy. This position allows you the flexibility to design your own schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals within the Autism community. Our leadership & administrative team handles scheduling, start dates, parent intake communication, cancellations & coverage calendars , and data systems—so you can focus on doing great clinical work. Clinic Director Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement skill-acquisition programs tailored to each client's needs. Analyze and graph data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness. Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by behavior assistants. Train caregivers and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistency in care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper medical documentation. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Clinic Director Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral therapy practices. Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Excellent diagnostic evaluation skills and ability to create effective treatment plans. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-directed. Strong communication skills for training staff and interacting with clients and families.
