Job Description

Job description: BrightStar Care of Pinellas is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented LPN/RN Clinical Coordinator for our busy and growing pediatric/nursing department. This is a full-time office position, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Responsibilities/Job Functions Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to develop and maintain schedules for clients. Expedite, track, document, and complete patient referrals promptly and efficiently. Respond to and return calls from patients' families and case managers in a timely manner to ensure effective communication. Accurately document all activities related to nurses and clients for proper recordkeeping and compliance. Oversight of skilled nursing coordination. Oversee and manage skilled visit assignments and follow-up to maintain quality care delivery. Manage quality assurance (QA) processes to support continuous improvement and compliance with standards. Conduct weekly chart audits to monitor documentation and ensure adherence to policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations, Director of Nursing, or Assistant Director of Nursing. Qualifications Passion for helping pediatric clients and their families. An outgoing personality with excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated compassion, understanding, and empathy in patient care. Valid LPN/RN License required. AHCA Level 2 background screening clearance.

At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related field. Prior relevant experience is preferred. Dog lover a plus!
