• Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers Summary
• + Participate in planning, policy development, and priority setting for all BayCare Outpatient Surgery Centers.

+ Ensure that Outpatient Surgical Services and other assigned clinical areas have policies that are consistent with the overall goals of the health system. + Ensure compliance in the provision of care to quality and safety standards. + Maintain a competent workforce adhering to regulatory guidelines (financial, employment, AHCA/JCAHO, and established national standards of care). + Collaborate with other directors, administrators, medical staff, and departments to provide and maintain optimal services in a cost-effective manner. + Promote evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Required Experience
• + 5 years of surgical-related experience + 5 years of management experience or 3 years of surgery management experience
• Education

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field +

• Preferred:

• Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) +

• Required:

• Valid Florida Driver's License +

• Preferred:

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
