We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the front office, communicates professionally with patients, and understands that every phone call, appointment, and patient request is an opportunity to provide excellent service and keep our schedule productive. What You'll Be Responsible For Answer phones promptly and professionally and turn new patient calls into scheduled appointments. Schedule patients efficiently and quickly and avoid losing opportunities because calls or requests are not followed up. Confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and work to fill open spots in the schedule. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment and overdue appointments. Handle patient check-in/check-out and collect payments. Listen carefully to patients and make sure their questions and requests are addressed. Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and the clinical team. Maintain accurate patient information and documentation. Keep the front desk organized, neat, and running efficiently. Provide a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience. What We Need At least 1-2 years of recent dental front office experience —
REQUIRED.
Strong dental scheduling and patient communication experience. Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination is preferred. Experience with dental practice-management software. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Dependable, responsible, and committed to a consistent work schedule. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Professional appearance and excellent customer service. Honest, accountable, and willing to communicate openly. Comfortable taking initiative and staying productive without constant supervision. A genuine desire to build a long-term relationship with the practice and team.
