Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality, and maintaining a positive environment for both guests and employees. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance performance and service quality. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring all events meet client expectations. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Collaborate with the food service team to ensure high-quality dining experiences. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential. Strong background in inventory control, staff training, and supervising teams. Familiarity with catering services, and the food industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
