- Appointment scheduling and adjustments: Creating, canceling, and rescheduling appointments, ensuring proper mapping of treatment plans.
- Scheduling and treatment coordination: Creating and managing patient schedules according to physicians' treatment plans.
- Administering therapies: Administering therapies, such as E-stim, hot/cold packs, traction, and cold laser therapy, as instructed by the physician.
Communication & Coordination:
