Job Description
Job Overview We're expanding our team at Toby's Concession and looking for our next Hospitality Team Leader. Our team operates at large-scale music festivals and major events throughout the United States, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership, lead people, and grow alongside the company. The right candidate is dependable, energetic, comfortable in high-volume environments, and willing to travel. Hospitality Management education or experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a physically active role involving long event days, outdoor work, equipment handling, weekends, holidays, and out-of-state travel. Compensation starts at $20/hour. Based in Miami, FL with national travel.
