Naples Aesthetic Institute | Naples, Florida Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Naples Aesthetic Institute is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Patient Coordinator / Surgical Coordinator to join our boutique plastic surgery practice in Naples, Florida. This is a key position within our practice and an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about plastic surgery, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is looking for a long-term career with a close-knit, team-oriented practice. Our Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the designated plastic surgeon and their patients, helping guide patients from their initial consultation through surgery and beyond. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can confidently manage a busy surgical schedule while providing the warm, attentive and elevated experience our patients expect. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary patient coordinator for a designated plastic surgeon Manage and monitor the surgeon's schedule to ensure efficiency and appropriate scheduling Review and appropriately filter new patient consultation requests Schedule cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures Coordinate surgeries performed at our private facility, local hospitals, and outpatient surgery centers Prepare and present surgical proposals and pricing to cosmetic patients Guide cosmetic patients through the surgical scheduling process and help convert consultations into scheduled procedures Coordinate insurance-based surgical cases Obtain insurance preauthorizations and assist with required documentation Communicate with hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, insurance companies, and other outside facilities Maintain consistent communication with patients before and after surgery Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally and efficiently Understand and confidently communicate common plastic and reconstructive surgery terminology Maintain accurate patient information, scheduling details, and documentation Work closely with our surgeons, clinical staff, front office, and administrative team Provide front desk coverage when needed as part of our team-based environment Anticipate the needs of the surgeon, patients, and practice rather than waiting to be directed Remain productive during slower periods by identifying tasks, following up with patients, organizing upcoming cases, and helping wherever needed Who We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate is professional, polished, personable, dependable, and extremely organized.
