Monthly Performance Bonus Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00
PM Anticipated Opening:
January 2027 Onboarding and training will be coordinated prior to launch. A new, highly personalized medical practice in Bonita Springs focused on optimal health, function, and longevity is seeking an exceptional individual to become a central part of the patient experience. This is not a traditional front-desk or administrative position. The practice is intentionally designed around a limited number of patients and highly personalized care. That creates an opportunity to truly know patients, understand their goals, help coordinate their health journey, and build meaningful relationships over time. The Patient Experience & Health Optimization Coordinator will blend exceptional hospitality and relationship-building with health coaching, patient navigation, diagnostics support, and selected clinical support activities after appropriate training. The ideal candidate is warm, confident, highly attentive, and comfortable interacting with discerning patients. You notice subtle signs of confusion, anxiety, or dissatisfaction, anticipate needs, solve service issues thoughtfully, and take ownership of making sure patients know what comes next. Backgrounds in exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, health sciences, biology, human performance, health coaching, healthcare, or high-level client service can all provide a strong foundation for this position. What You'll Do Patient Experience & Navigation Create a highly personalized patient experience from arrival through follow-up. Become familiar with each patient's journey and help coordinate appointments, testing, follow-up, and next steps. Prepare for each day's patients and anticipate likely needs before they arrive. Coordinate with providers and clinical team members to ensure smooth handoffs and patient flow. Adapt communication and service to individual patient preferences. Recognize signs of confusion, anxiety, or dissatisfaction and respond thoughtfully. Address service concerns within your role and ensure appropriate follow-through. Track outstanding patient needs and help ensure questions reach the appropriate clinical team member. Become deeply knowledgeable about the practice's patient journey, services, diagnostics, technology, and overall care model. Health Optimization & Coaching Conduct structured health optimization coaching sessions for appropriate patients after completing required training. Help patients implement provider-developed care plans through goal setting, accountability, and behavior-change support. Support patients with exercise and lifestyle implementation, sleep, recovery, wearable technology, nutrition-related behaviors, adherence, and barriers to progress. Review patient-reported activity, sleep, recovery, adherence, and other information appropriate to the coaching role. Recognize when a question or concern falls outside the coaching role and appropriately escalate it to a nurse or advanced practice provider. Document coaching interactions and patient progress accurately. Diagnostics & Clinical Support Obtain and accurately document basic measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and other approved metrics after appropriate training. Enter appropriate information into the electronic medical record. Prepare patients for appointments, testing, and diagnostic services. Support VO2 and resting metabolic rate testing after equipment-specific and safety training. Support body composition, CGM, wearable technology, and other approved health assessment workflows. Assist with specimen-related workflows or phlebotomy if appropriately trained, credentialed, and permitted within the role. Coordinate preparation and scheduling for additional diagnostic services as appropriate. This role does not independently diagnose medical conditions, interpret medical findings, prescribe or change medications, recommend medical treatments, or create medical treatment plans unless the individual separately holds credentials that legally authorize those activities. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Preferred educational backgrounds include exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition/dietetics, health sciences, biology, human performance, or a related discipline. Health coaching, ACSM, RD/RDN, athletic training, exercise physiology, or similar credentials are highly valued. Exceptional hospitality and relationship-building skills. Confident and professional when communicating with sophisticated and highly engaged patients. Strong situational awareness and the ability to anticipate what patients and team members may need. Excellent judgment and respect for appropriate clinical boundaries. Highly organized with reliable follow-through. Curious and comfortable learning medical concepts, health technology, diagnostic equipment, and new workflows. Proactive and willing to help wherever needed while maintaining clear role boundaries. Compensation, Training & Growth Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 , plus participation in a monthly team performance bonus based on objective performance and membership-related KPIs. Initial training and ongoing professional development will be provided. Because this is the organization's first location, the person selected for this role will have the opportunity to help shape the patient experience and operating model from the beginning. As the organization grows, this position may develop into broader responsibilities involving health coaching, diagnostics, training, patient experience, or leadership across future locations . Why This Opportunity Is Different This practice is being built around deeper patient relationships rather than high-volume transactional care. Patients will receive highly personalized attention, and this role will be one of the people they interact with most throughout their experience. For someone who enjoys health and wellness, science, human performance, relationship-building, problem-solving, and making people feel genuinely cared for , this is an opportunity to combine those interests in a meaningful healthcare role. How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed along with a brief note explaining: What interests you about this combination of patient experience, health optimization, and healthcare; and An example of something you have done to improve a patient or client experience. All inquiries and applications will be handled confidentially. Comfortable working in a growing organization and helping establish processes from the ground up. Clinical support skills such as phlebotomy are valuable but not required for an otherwise exceptional candidate who can be appropriately trained.
