Job Description

Coordinator (Clinical Trials) Join a growing clinical research organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative clinical trials across multiple medical specialties. We are seeking an experienced Coordinator with a background in clinical research to support the successful coordination and execution of clinical studies while providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, must be flexible when necessary based on patient needs Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and day-to-day management of clinical trials. Coordinate study visits, patient appointments, and follow-up schedules. Obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, process specimens, and document patient information accurately. Assist with patient assessments and educate participants on study procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate study documentation and source records. Support physicians, Clinical Research Coordinators, and research staff throughout the study process. Assist with office management duties, scheduling, and administrative support as needed. Foster a positive, professional experience for study participants. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Coordinator required. Experience assisting with the coordination of clinical trials is required. Experience with phlebotomy, vital signs, specimen collection, and patient assessments. Strong understanding of clinical research processes, study protocols, and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Current Medical Assistant certification is preferred. Why Join Us? Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
