$50-$70 per hour for contract arrangements; full-time compensation commensurate with experience About Swiss Behavioral Health Swiss Behavioral Health is a new, family-run behavioral health organization serving the Tampa Bay community. We are intentionally building a small-census program centered on clinical excellence, individualized treatment, meaningful family involvement and a highly personal patient experience. We believe behavioral healthcare works best when clinicians have the time to know the people in their care. Our goal is to combine strong clinical standards with the responsiveness and personal attention of a smaller organization. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director who would like the opportunity to help shape and develop a growing behavioral health program. We are open to both an experienced professional seeking a part-time/contract leadership position and an exceptional candidate interested in a full-time role. The Role The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for our behavioral health programs and work closely with executive leadership, our Medical Director and our clinical team. This is an opportunity to help build and refine a program rather than simply inherit an established institutional model. Provide clinical leadership and oversight of behavioral health programming. Help develop, implement and continuously improve the clinical program. Establish and maintain high standards for treatment planning, documentation and clinical care. Provide clinical supervision where permitted by licensure and qualifications. Support recruitment, onboarding and development of therapists and other clinical staff. Review clinical documentation and support quality assurance. Participate in treatment-team and clinical-review meetings. Help develop group programming, clinical schedules and treatment protocols. Support regulatory, licensing and accreditation readiness. Help ensure compliance with applicable professional, ethical and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and executive leadership. Help create a culture in which patients and families receive highly individualized care. Depending on the candidate and employment structure, the Clinical Director may also maintain a limited clinical caseload. Qualifications Current Florida clinical license in good standing, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or other appropriately qualified behavioral health professional. Significant behavioral health clinical experience. Experience with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions strongly preferred. PHP, IOP, residential, outpatient or comparable treatment-program experience preferred. Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning and quality standards. Excellent professional judgment and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, medical professionals and executive leadership. Experience with DCF-licensed behavioral health programs and accreditation standards is highly desirable. Why Swiss Behavioral Health?
