This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with home health experience who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting staff development.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ensure patient care meets professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
+ Coordinate, plan, and monitor patient care services to promote positive clinical outcomes. + Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. + Maintain effective communication with patients, families, referral partners, field clinicians, and office personnel. + Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance goals. + Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence. + Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. + Maintain and promote workplace safety standards. + Encourage staff growth through coaching, education, and professional development opportunities.

  • + Current
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • license in the state of Florida. + Home health experience required. + Two or more years of management or supervisory experience preferred. + Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations. + Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Pay Details:
  • $80,000.
