Our doctor is an accomplished general dentist with advanced training in sedation dentistry, implant dentistry, and full-arch rehabilitation. We're looking for someone who shares that passion. As our Practice Coordinator, you'll become the operational heartbeat of the practice. You'll work closely alongside the doctor to create an office where patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their treatment. Primary Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression, both in person and over the phone. Coordinate scheduling to maximize patient care and practice efficiency. Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with confidence, professionalism, and compassion. Help patients understand the value of their treatment and guide them through the decision-making process. Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial responsibilities accurately. Manage patient accounts, collections, and financial arrangements. Oversee the daily administrative operations of the practice. Develop and improve office systems and workflows as the practice grows. Partner with the doctor to achieve practice goals and maintain an outstanding patient experience. Help create a positive, supportive culture where both patients and teammates feel valued.
