Monday - Friday The Site Manager II is responsible for: In a complex practice, oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility. Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative, and regulatory aspects of the facility. Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level. Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility. Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving. Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary Education Required High School or Equivalent Or Bachelor's Business Or Bachelor's Healthcare Experience 4 years leadership in a health delivery setting with High School Diploma or Equivalent; or 5 years physician or ambulatory clinic office with High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 years leadership in a health delivery setting with Bachelor's Degree; or 3 years physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
