Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused PRN Front Office Coordinator to join our Physical and Occupational Therapy team. This is a PRN position without benefits at this time , but it has the potential to provide full-time hours and may lead to a full-time position . Candidates must have open availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and be able to work where coverage is needed within those hours. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule and manage patient appointments Answer phones and assist with patient questions Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Obtain and track authorizations and referrals Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information Communicate effectively with therapists, clinical staff, and patients Assist with general front-office operations and administrative duties Help maintain an efficient, organized clinic schedule Qualifications Previous medical front-office experience preferred Physical or Occupational Therapy office experience is a plus Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and referrals preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing clinic needs Must be available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00
