CARF, HIPAA, 42 CFR
Part 2, DEA, and state regulations Support quality assurance, accreditation, and clinical documentation Coach, mentor, and develop counselors to deliver exceptional patient care Collaborate with the Program Director and interdisciplinary treatment team Monitor patient treatment plans and clinical outcomes Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on recovery Qualifications Current Florida CAP or MCAP certification required Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience At least 1 year of experience in substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, or addiction treatment Knowledge of MAT/OTP services, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills If you're passionate about developing clinical teams while helping individuals overcome opioid addiction, we'd love to hear from you.
