You're the first face they see when they walk in nervous. And more often than not, you're the reason they decide to trust us at all. Our therapists are world-class. But they never get the chance to change someone's life if you don't win them over first. That's the job. And it matters more than any title suggests. Start at 20 Hours. Grow Into 40. Let's be upfront about this one, because it's the whole point. This role starts at roughly 20 hours a week — but we're not looking for someone to fill a part-time seat. We're looking for the person who becomes our full-time Patient Care Coordinator as our Port Orange clinic grows. If you want a job that stays small, this isn't it. Greet every patient by name. Remember their upcoming race, their kid, their comeback story. Make the clinic the best part of their week... The first conversation. Take the call, hear what's going on, understand what they want to get back to, and figure out together if we're the right fit.. The value conversation. Once you know we can help, explain how we work and what it costs — with confidence, not apology.. The schedule. Booking, rescheduling, keeping the day running smooth... The details. Payments, phones, inbox, and keeping the clinic looking sharp during downtime.. The relationship after. Follow-ups and check-ins so patients stay part of the WildHawk crew long after their last visit.. The opportunities. Hear a patient mention a friend with the same problem? You catch it.
