Job Description:
Days Onsite not a remote position Collects and analyzes clinical data across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, identifying trends and supporting accreditation efforts. Leads program development and evaluation for digestive health initiatives, including assessment, implementation, and modification of care pathways. Assesses complex digestive health patient cases, performs concurrent medical record reviews, and communicates findings to leadership for quality improvement. Serves as a single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, coordinating follow-up services and addressing barriers to care. Conducts preventive health chart reviews, arranges patient education, and facilitates communication between patients and clinical teams. Develops and implements evidence-based programs and workshops based on quality data and clinical needs, including emergency interventions and staff education. Participates in research activities, communicates regulatory updates, and serves as a resource for evidence-based practice and meaningful use requirements. Leads protocol development and evaluation efforts, recommending structural or process changes to improve care quality and reduce costs. Maintains subject matter expertise, models professionalism, and supports staff education and mentoring across interdisciplinary teams. Honors patient rights, practices compassionate communication, and promotes a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork. Demonstrates accountability, complies with institutional policies and regulations, and actively participates in meetings, development programs, and performance improvement initiatives. Education:
Associate of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
2+ years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health within a healthcare setting. [Required] 3 Years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health platform or data collection within a healthcare setting. [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Basic Life Support•CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
