G.I.F.T Comprehensive Care for Children is an independent, local family-owned organization located in Tampa Palms, Florida. G.I.F.T. Comprehensive Care for Children is currently searching for a Clinical Director - BCBA . G.I.F.T. is a center-based, full-time applied behavior analysis (ABA) program for children with autism, located in Tampa, Florida. G.I.F.T. has partnered with Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism (CCCA) for on-going consultation and clinical support. G.I.F.T Comprehensive Care for Children operates a program that adheres to the principles and guidelines designed by the Cleveland Clinic intervention model. CCCA has be operating an ABA program for children with autism for over 25 years and has worked to assist other organizations in opening programs that mirror their model in 18 states throughout the country. G.I.F.T. is the newest CCCA program in operation in the region, and the first in Florida . CCCA is a part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, the #2 ranked healthcare system in the United States according U.S. News & World Report (2025)
Job Summary:
This position is for the Clinical Director of our center-based, outpatient treatment center for children with autism located in Tampa Palms, Florida. The client age range is earliest diagnosis through the age of 6. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the full-time, center-based ABA outpatient clinic. Key responsibilities include the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinical center, training clinical staff, completing new patient assessments, insurance authorizations and re-authorizations, supervision of registered behavior technicians, behavior intervention plan development, progress documentation, data review and parent meetings and trainings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years working as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with small children with autism, utilizing the scientific principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Must also have a minimum of one year of managerial experience overseeing staff and patients in a clinical setting.

Oversee the daily operation of clinic-based ABA treatment program for children with autism. Participate in intake process for potential patients/clients, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and monitor treatment plan/goals, and generate and maintain appropriate documentation. Initiate and complete functional behavioral assessments. Develop behavioral treatment plans and monitor progress. Participate in new and ongoing staff training. Conduct BCBA and RBT/CBT supervision. Conduct assessments including parent interviews and direct assessment with individuals as part of functional behavior assessment (FBA).
Education:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required.
Certifications:
Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Florida Certified Behavior Analyst (FL-CBA) license preferred or eligibility to obtain FL-CBA Current credentialing through Florida Medicaid preferred, but not required
Work Experience:
Currently Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Current licensure to practice in Florida preferred Currently credentialled with Florida Medicaid preferred Two years working in clinical setting as a BCBA with young children with autism One-year managerial experience in staff oversight and management The G.I.F.T.
