What You'll Do This is a versatile support position where no two days are exactly alike. You'll assist wherever needed to help our office run smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Filing and organizing documents Keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming Assisting the Office Manager with daily operations Supporting our doctors and clinical team throughout the day Helping ensure patients receive an exceptional experience Completing various administrative and operational tasks as needed This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being an important part of the entire team. What We're Looking For Preferred qualities: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Maturity that comes with life experience Computer proficiency and willingness to learn Skills with social media posting & engagement Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team High attention to detail Positive, coachable attitude Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
