Training Future MAs Responsibilities:

• Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
• Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
