Role:

ED Flow Coordinator for night shifts, responsible for optimizing patient flow in the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate triage priorities, bed placement, admissions, and discharges to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary teams to manage throughput and reduce wait times. Align staffing with patient volume to enhance department efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong clinical judgment and ED experience. Proficiency with EHR and bed management systems. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
