Selah Aesthetics & Wellness is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to helping patients feel loved, cared for, and confident. We are seeking a warm, organized, and polished Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to serve as the first and last point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment, values exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a calm, elevated experience. Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk, supporting patient flow, assisting with scheduling and payments, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects Selah's high standards of care, professionalism, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately Collect payments, manage invoices, and handle memberships or packages Answer questions about services, providers, and basic treatment information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Communicate clearly with providers and clinical staff to support patient flow Handle patient concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism Support events, promotions, and special patient experiences as needed Ideal Candidate Qualities Friendly, polished, and confident communicator Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and able to multitask Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a luxury medical or service environment Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or patient-facing roles preferred Medical spa, healthcare, or wellness experience is a plus but not required Basic computer skills required (EMR or scheduling software experience is a plus) Must be comfortable discussing pricing, scheduling, and policies clearly Selah Aesthetics & Wellness is committed to creating a supportive, high-standard environment for both patients and team members.
