Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM ExecuSource is partnering with a growing multi-site pediatric practice to find an experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations at their office in Cumming, GA. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong path to a permanent role for the right candidate. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight to clinical staff at the Cumming office Ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Train, mentor, and support clinical team members to maintain high standards of patient care Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement process improvements as needed Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, providers, and administrative leadership to support practice goals Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the office Address and resolve clinical operational issues as they arise Serve as a point of escalation for clinical staff and patient care concerns What We're Looking For Looking for someone with at least 5-7 years in a management role in a fast paced clinical setting Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical practice (pediatrics preferred, not required) Strong clinical background — candidates with backgrounds such as an LPN, MA, or similar are encouraged to apply Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of clinical workflows, compliance, and patient care standards Why Work With ExecuSource ExecuSource is a healthcare staffing firm connecting top clinical talent with leading practices.
