We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our spa.
Position Summary:
The Practice Administrator will oversee the daily operations of Shameless Aesthetics, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the medical spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and payroll. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth. Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or spa management role. Strong understanding of medical spa services and treatments, a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in medical office software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
