The Home Health Clinical Manager/Administrator is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures related to the management, operation, and evaluation of the overall performance of the home health department; The Clinical Manager/ Administrator ensures the home health department employs qualified staff, including nurses, therapists, social workers, or other persons providing services in the home health department; The Home Health Administrator oversees the selection, evaluation and development of clinical staff to maximize the quality of patient care, productivity and utilization. The Home Health Clinical Manager works closely with the Home Health Director, Assistant Clinical Manager, QAPI Coordinator, Team Supervisors, Therapists and other staff and clinicians in the department to promote the highest standards of care provided to home health patients.
