Job Overview As a Clinic Lead/Lead Therapist, you will combine leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and comprehensive treatment planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while guiding a team of skilled professionals. Lead the clinic. Serve as the second in command when the Clinical Director is unavailable. You are the person the team turns to for guidance, for decisions, and for steadiness. Supervise clinicians. Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and interns. Your mentorship shapes the quality of care the whole team delivers. See clients. Carry your own caseload of therapy clients, individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This is where your clinical heart lives. Model the culture.
