Care:

Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.

Community:

Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one-on-one conversations.

Compliance:

Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge

• required BLS
• required Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of GA
• required Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health
• preferred Five years Management experience
• preferred Handle with Care Training
• provided Master's Degree Nursing
• preferred Strong interpersonal skills
• required On-site training provided.
