This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position cleaning and preparing professionally managed vacation rental homes between guest stays. Every clean helps create a five-star guest experience, and we're looking for team members who care about quality, reliability, and professionalism. Whether you have experience in Airbnb, hotel, residential, or commercial cleaning—or you're ready to learn—we provide the training and support you need to succeed. Pay & Perks $20-$35 per hour (based on project type and experience) Paid training All cleaning supplies provided Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling Bi-weekly direct deposit every Friday Additional paid opportunities available (not guaranteed), including: Property staging Residential cleaning Overflow support Special projects Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership as our company continues to grow What You'll Do Clean and sanitize vacation rental homes between guest stays Prepare homes to five-star hospitality standards Restock amenities and reset each property according to company checklists Report maintenance concerns or property issues promptly Follow detailed cleaning procedures and quality standards Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and complete work independently What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented with high personal standards Coachable and open to feedback Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, positive, and trustworthy Interested in growing with a rapidly expanding hospitality company Previous experience in Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, housekeeping, residential cleaning, or janitorial services is a plus—but not required .
