Job Description
About the role: Most medical practices lose patients in the gaps — the enquiry nobody called back, the consultation nobody confirmed, the patient who lost forty pounds and was never told what came next.
We are hiring one person to own those gaps. You will be the first voice a prospective patient hears and the last one they speak to before they leave. If you have sold in a cash-pay medical setting and you would rather be measured on results than on activity, this is a role where your work is visible and your pay reflects it. What you'll do Respond to every new patient enquiry — phone, text or web — within one business hour. Book the consultation and collect the consultation deposit at the time of booking. Call every missed appointment back personally, the same day. Rebook every patient at checkout before they leave. Talk to weight loss patients reaching their 90-day milestone about what comes next — hormone therapy and aesthetic treatment — and book them at our Marietta location. Own our hormone programs end to end on the patient side: our women's hormone program and testosterone therapy for men. Enrol the patient, get them to their lab draw, get them back for results, and keep them on program month after month. Manage monthly program memberships — renewals, failed payments, and the patients who go quiet in month four. Keep our patient communication sequences current so nobody goes quiet unnoticed. Cover the front desk at our Marietta location on clinic days. What we're looking for Two or more years in a patient-facing sales or coordination role in a cash-pay setting — medical aesthetics, med spa, dental, cosmetic surgery, elective health or membership sales. Complete comfort discussing pricing and collecting payment over the phone. The ability to talk about fatigue, low libido, mood, menopause and low testosterone with warmth and discretion. Hormone patients raise things they have not told anyone else, and this role is often the first person they say it to. Experience selling or managing a recurring membership or program, not only one-off treatments. Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred — a large share of our patients prefer Spanish. A track record you can describe in numbers. Availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Reliable transportation between our Norcross and Marietta locations. Nice to have Experience with GLP-1 or medical weight loss programs. Familiarity with hormone therapy — HRT, TRT, women's health — or with any lab-based program where the patient has to come back twice before treatment starts. Familiarity with an EMR or CRM — we use PatientNow and GoHighLevel.
