Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the vital link between patients and our clinical team, managing treatment plans, scheduling, and insurance processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care excellence while supporting the smooth operation of our practice. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing clear explanations of treatment options and financial responsibilities. Coordinate treatment schedules, ensuring efficient flow of patient appointments and procedures. Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and communicate benefits and payment options effectively. Assist patients with financial arrangements, including payment plans and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and scheduling needs. Educate patients on pre- and post-operative instructions to promote optimal recovery outcomes. Requirements Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting, with a focus on administrative support. Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to oral surgery procedures. Proven ability to manage medical administrative tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with dental office operations, including scheduling software and insurance processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with medical office procedures such as billing, coding, and insurance verification is highly desirable.
