Peachtree City, GA | Hourly | Part-Time | On-Site About Resilience Behavioral Health Georgia Resilience Behavioral Health Georgia provides behavioral health treatment services at its Peachtree City facility. The organization is building its clinical team of group facilitators to support daytime programming. (Please confirm program description and mission details with the client.) The Opportunity As a Group Facilitator, you will lead structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in the daytime clinical program. This role works closely with the clinical team to support each client's treatment plan, reinforce coping and recovery skills, and maintain a safe, structured group environment. This position is paid on a per-group basis for facilitators who prefer flexible, session-based scheduling. What You'll Do Plan and lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients, following the program's curriculum and treatment approach. Support clients in applying coping, communication, and recovery skills during sessions, and monitor group dynamics, escalating concerns to clinical leadership as needed. Document attendance, participation, and clinical observations in the EMR in a timely manner. Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and clinical staffing. Maintain a safe, organized group room environment. Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training as required by Georgia licensure or certification standards.
