What You'll Do:

Clearly explain doctors' treatment plans to patients Review costs, payment options, and financing in a way that patients can understand Ensure all paperwork and records are accurate and organized Provide excellent patient service—balancing efficiency with a warm, supportive approach Help patients feel confident in their treatment decisions without feeling rushed

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic Ability to explain treatment plans, costs, and financing clearly Dental or medical office experience a plus, but not required
