Job Description

This is not a role in inheriting an established clinical system. It is an opportunity to help build one. Build the Clinical Model Define the clinical philosophy, care model, and standards that bring the Cherished Stars promise to life in day-to-day practice. Establish clear pathways for assessment, treatment planning, progress measurement, caregiver partnership, and transition or discharge. Ensure care remains evidence-based, individualized, family-centered, and focused on meaningful real-world outcomes. Develop the Clinical Team Recruit and develop high-quality BCBAs and RBTs who align with our clinical standards and culture. Build strong supervision, feedback, and competency-development frameworks that strengthen clinical performance over time. Develop future clinical leaders and create clear pathways for progression into Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles. Build systems and standards that can be replicated thoughtfully as Cherished Stars expands across future centers and services. What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months The Cherished Stars clinical model and care standards are documented and in daily use. A supervision, competency, and professional-development framework is live for every BCBA and RBT. Your founding clinical team is hired, onboarded, and developing, with at least one BCBA on a leadership track. A quality assurance and case-review cadence are running, with clear clinical outcome and documentation standards. The center reaches its target census with strong family satisfaction and healthy, sustainable caseloads. Clinical Structure The Clinical Director will remain close enough to client care to stay clinically grounded. Clinical hours will be limited to no more than 15 per week, preserving the majority of the role for clinical leadership, team development, quality oversight, methodology, governance, and center performance. Reporting directly to the founders, the Clinical Director will serve as the senior clinical voice of Cherished Stars. You will lead the center's clinical team and hold accountability for clinical standards, quality, supervision, hiring, treatment integrity, and admissions appropriateness. You will partner closely with operations on staffing, scheduling, capacity, and financial planning, while maintaining clear clinical authority over decisions that affect quality care and client outcomes. This begins as a founding single-center leadership role, with the opportunity to expand into broader, group-level clinical leadership as Cherished Stars grows across additional centers and services. What We Are Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing and preferred active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. Benefits 23 days of paid leave: 15 days of paid time off (PTO) plus 8 company-paid holidays. Medical insurance options. Employee referral bonus program. For the right leader, this is more than a Clinical Director role. It is an opportunity to help shape the clinical identity and future of Cherished Stars.
