Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Clinic Manager to lead our healthcare facility with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise healthcare staff, including medical administrative support, nursing personnel, and other clinical team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal oversight to maintain the clinic's financial health. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, HIPAA regulations, and local health regulation policies to uphold the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and to maintain accurate medical records and streamline administrative workflows. Lead human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing staff schedules to optimize team productivity. Monitor clinic performance metrics, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to healthcare practice management best practices. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in office management within a clinical setting. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in healthcare environments such as dental clinics or hospitals. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems ; familiarity with medical billing software is preferred. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO standards, utilization management, and managed care policies. Strong fiscal management skills encompassing budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control strategies. Excellent managerial communication skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with patients and staff. Experience with medical terminology, medical records management, and acute or critical care environments is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies such as Microsoft Office suite and patient management software tools.
