BCBA Clinical Director - In Person We are seeking an experienced, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA organization as an In-Person Clinical Director . This is a leadership position for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring other clinicians, and ensuring that clients and families receive high-quality, individualized ABA services. The Clinical Director will provide clinical oversight, support BCBAs and RBTs, assist with complex cases, and help maintain strong clinical standards across the organization. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members Supervise and mentor BCBAs to ensure high-quality clinical programming and service delivery Review treatment plans, assessments, behavior intervention plans, and clinical documentation Provide guidance and support on challenging or complex cases Conduct in-person observations and clinical visits as needed Support BCBAs with staff performance, parent concerns, and clinical problem-solving Ensure treatment programs are individualized, medically necessary, and consistent with best practices in ABA Monitor clinical quality, treatment integrity, and client progress Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, recruiting, and administrative teams Help improve clinical systems, processes, and standards as the organization continues to grow Maintain compliance with BACB requirements, payer guidelines, and company policies Build positive relationships with families, clinicians, and staff Qualifications Current BCBA certification required Active state licensure where applicable Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong clinical experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience strongly preferred Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs preferred Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Strong clinical judgment and ability to effectively manage complex situations Ability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment Must be comfortable working in person and providing hands-on clinical support to the team What We Offer Competitive compensation Full-time leadership position Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to have a meaningful impact on clinical quality and organizational growth Leadership and professional development opportunities A strong administrative and operations team so clinicians can remain focused on quality care Benefits package for eligible employees Schedule Full-Time | In-Person We are looking for someone who is both a strong clinician and a strong leader—someone who can support our clinical team while helping us maintain the highest standard of care as we continue to grow.
