Job Description

Georgia Health Partners is a Community Based Behavioral Health Provider. We are currently seeking a Clinical Manger to join our team. This is a full time in office position. The office is located in Tucker GA.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Associate Licensed or Master Level Therapist will be considered as well if you have experience with community mental health.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Track monthly Authorization expirations Request ongoing authorization from insurance providers in a timely manner to avoid gaps in services Assign, Track, Review new and ongoing Assessments Enter updated authorizations and treatment plans into EMR system (Notenetic) Maintain a daily spreadsheet Caseload Assignment for new and existing Individuals Request, Track and Finalize Clinical Discharges Address Clinical Concerns Regarding Contractor Caseloads Communicate with referral source for expedited problem-solving All other duties requested as needed by
Clinical Director Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
Ability to utilize Microsoft office Ability to manage and handle Clinical oversite to contractors Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment Ability to anticipate, manage and adapt to change Ability to operate independently and collaboratively as part of a team Ability to make decisions and solve problems Ability to lead and take initiative
