We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a potential U.S. Air Force Reserve Command healthcare support contract located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Position Summary The Federal Project Manager will have full responsibility for the successful execution of the contract. This individual will serve as Secure Access Group LLC's primary management representative and will oversee contract performance, personnel, quality control, recruiting, staffing continuity, customer relations, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day operations. The Project Manager will work closely with Government representatives, Secure Access Group leadership, and subcontractor partners to ensure all contract requirements are met while maintaining uninterrupted mission support. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the Government, Secure Access Group LLC, and subcontractor partners. Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of contract operations. Supervise contractor personnel and ensure all employees perform in accordance with contract requirements. Develop and maintain staffing plans that ensure uninterrupted contract performance. Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain qualified personnel. Coordinate replacement staffing to minimize vacancies and service disruptions. Oversee employee orientation, training, credentialing, and security processing. Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations. Implement and manage the contract Quality Control Plan (QCP). Conduct internal quality assurance reviews and corrective actions. Track contract deliverables, milestones, and reporting deadlines. Prepare and submit required monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports. Lead phase-in and transition activities, including knowledge transfer and continuity planning. Coordinate with Government leadership regarding operational issues, staffing changes, and contract performance. Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), company policies, and all contract requirements. Maintain contract documentation, personnel records, and compliance files. Support proposal development and transition planning for follow-on contract opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts. Minimum of 3 years supervising employees in a federal, military, healthcare, or administrative environment. Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning. Experience overseeing subcontractors and multi-company teams is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or another recognized project management certification. Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Air Force. Experience managing healthcare administration or medical support contracts. Experience preparing Quality Control Plans (QCPs), staffing plans, and transition plans. Experience working with performance-based service contracts.
